The Greystone Built-in Microwave with Trim Kit # 324-000105 that you referenced will work great to replace your 22 inch Magic Chef microwave. The flange dimensions of this are 23-3/8 inches wide and 15 inches tall so it will cover your opening and look great. I attached a review video for more info on this as well.

The issue with your answer is that the Magic Chef over the RANGE microwave has a venting system that directs the vent up and above the microwave. No separate venting hood is used. Without that venting the heat from the oven and range cannot be defused above. Is a true over the RANGE microwave available any longer?
