It was what we needed and shipped quick.
Unfortunately one of the feet on the bottom was broken and the main plate to hold the Microwave in was bent. We were able to get it in although there is a bit of a gap at the top due to the bend.
Installation was straightforward. Works great, looks great. We had to get a new mounting coverplate made with powdercoat that matched the microwave's color, but that was pretty simple and inexpensive.
As I believe I had already posted, It was easy to install this microwave and it fits perfectly. Very easy. However, I really do not like this unit. The clock is way too dim, making the timer too dim as well. Also the light inside the unit is no way bright enough to see what you are cooking. There is no way to adjust these settings, so you are stuck with it. I cannot recommend this microwave. These comments have NOTHING to do with etrailer as they are a great company to deal with.
We had to replace our original equipment Dometic Microwave as it quit heating. I looked around on the Internet to replace it and as always ended up shopping at etrailer. I called and spoke with Derek S and we came to the conclusion that the Greystone microwave would fit.
I ordered it and it arrived on time and in good condition. It took us 20 minutes to install which included opening the boxes and getting the tools. Four screws to attach the trim, plug it in slide into the opening, pre drill four holes for the trim and screw it down.
Again our experience with etrailer and the products we have bought from them have been outstanding.
Received the microwave damaged. One of the feet are broke. Since I’m on the road camping I can’t return it. The microwave works
PERFECT FIT! I love the new rv microwave. I love the look of it. It looks as if it has a mirror for the door. And being it would replace an old rv microwave, it only had a certain amount of space to fit in. It fit perfectly. It looks like it was made for our camper. I bought it with the trim kit and it was a breeze to install. It took no more than 3 minutes to install both microwave and kit. The best customer service I have ever had, as well. I had a very small concern and emailed the company last night and within 2 minutes, they had emailed back with an answer. Thank you etrailers. I am a return buyer.
I have spent weeks searching for a microwave oven replacement for our motorhome. Trying to find the right size to fit in an existing cabinet with an available trim kit was frustrating. Then there it was at etrailer.com with all 5-star reviews. Received it fast and got it installed with minimal effort (had to flip the trim kit). This microwave looks great and works even better. The only thing I was never able to find out from my research was if it had an interior light. It does.

eTrailer has excellent, responsive customer service! My boxes got split up by the shipping company and arrived a day apart. I thought there was a problem, but they reassured me that my 2nd package was on the way. The first package arrived a day earlier than expected, so in all everything arrived as predicted. The install was easy!! And it actually fits better than the one that died on me. Very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely buy from etrailer again!!!
Easy install. Replaced Furrion unit in 2024 Reflection 100 27BH.
It works well and fit perfectly however it came without the screws that attached the trim to the microwave. Was glad we saved the screws from the old microwave. And we bought some black one to put the micro in the cabinet. Looks great.

We purchased this as a replacement for our Airstream Excella. As always, etrailer is wonderful to work with. Shipping was fast and the etrailer team is top-notch. After the first microwave arrived damaged due to a packing issue at the factory, etrailer sent another microwave and covered the return shipping of the damaged unit. The second arrived with different packaging of the turntable. I was able to install it in minutes. It fit perfectly and works like the original.
Excellent replacement for our 2013 Keystone Raptor 300MP. Installation was a breeze-almost “plug and play” as fit in pre-existing area was perfect.

Juut fine. Our friend purchase 2021 Trailer and the exact same microwave was in her Trailer. Works the same.
Everything went well, the only thing I can complain about is there were no screws sent to attach the front face vent to the microwave or to the cabinet of the trailer.
Arrived undamaged and fits perfect. Fast shipping too.
It arrived dented and the door jammed
It appears the box was dropped. Two legs were broken and the bottom metal plate is bent.
Great replacement and fits and works pe rfectly
The bottom of the box it was shipped in was damaged and held on by a piece of tape. There was no damage to the microwave, plugged it in the house and it worked. The trim piece that goes around the microwave was bent, I used my old one as it was the same brand and model of the one I bought. Already installed in my RV.
I ordered this microwave the afternoon of 4/22 & it arrived just before noon on 4/25! With a little help from my wife we had it installed in our camper by 2 P.M.(would have been sooner but it started raining)! Popped in some pizza rolls to make sure it worked, it did! Looking forward to many camping trips with this replacement microwave! Thank You for the prompt service!
Had a power surge while traveling in Arizona last year. It took out the Dometic microwave. Could not find a replacement Dometic that would fit in the cabinet so went without for some time. Researched many different microwaves from different RV accessory businesses and could not find anything that would not require modificaiton of the cabinet. Finally went on etrailer.com and found much more information regarding dimensions of unit and dimensions of the trim kit. Read many reviews and determined the Greystone unit would work for us. Placed the order, it arrived in less than a week, installed it with absolutely no difficulty and I am now a happy camper. It is a little smaller than the original but for what I use it for, the size change will not matter. I liked the price as well. Most microwaves today are combined with convection ovens and I do not find the convection ovens worth the money.This Greystone is just a simple microwave for defrosting frozen goods, warming leftovers, heating up cereals and vegetables which is what I use the microwave for primarily. Will use etrailer whenever we can.
