Can you tell me the difference between part # 75229 # C13243 for my 2016 Range Rover sport? How are the hitches different? Are there any other options Reese?. Thanks!

The Draw Tite hitch part # 75229 and the Curt hitch part # C13243 that you referenced are very similar in design. The big differences are that the Curt is made in the USA and the Draw Tite does not have the recommendation to use a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack.
Reese actually was made by same company as Draw Tite, so if you were wanting a Reese hitch the Draw Tite basically is that.
