For your 2019 Land Rover Range Rover Sport I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75229 which has a 2x2 receiver and will work with both hybrid and standard models. I included the installation video of the Draw-Tite # 75229 being installed on a 2016 Range Rover Sport and a picture of it installed for you to take a look at.

For a ball mount I recommend going with the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts that offer 3/4 inch rise/2 inch drop, 2 3/4 rise/4 inch drop, two hitch balls, two hitch pins and clips, and a carrying case. I included a helpful article that shows you how to measure for the correct rise/drop for your application.

If you do not have a vehicle wiring harness with a 4-way connector yet I recommend adding the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # 118681 which will plug into the OEM tow package port if your vehicle came with the factory tow package. We do not have a video of the Tekonsha T-One # 118681 being installed but I included a video of the Curt # C56293 wiring harness being installed on a 2016 Range Rover Sport since it installs the same way.
