Does this part come with the connection loop that the hook attaches to on the other side of the head rail? If not, is there another part umber to order that as well?

The Replacement Safety Strap # TX1115355 does not come with the Extruded Retainer Loop that you referenced but that is available as part # TX1704715 on our site.
