There are TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs that will work with the Curt Trailer Hitch # C15703 for your 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD but it is different than the one you referenced.
The tie-downs that fit an '06 Silverado 2500HD with a 6-1/2 foot bed and aftermarket hitch do require the hitch to have a side plate with a 4" x 4" footprint, and as you can see by the accompanying photo of the measurements of Curt Hitch # C15703, it does meet those requirements.
In regards to the tie-downs that fit your truck, the correct ones will depend on if your truck has running boards or steps that go underneath the truck bed or not.
If your Silverado DOES NOT have running boards or steps under your truck bed the correct tie-downs are:
- TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLC2205
