Troubleshooting 40ft Gooseneck Trailer Vibrating Loaded and Unloaded

Question:
I have a 40ft gooseneck dual tandem trailer 20k suspension leaf spring , I have a vibration loaded or unloaded, I replaced all tires , bushings , and bearings , and I still have vibration anything else that can be causing vibration ?

If you are getting constant vibration when towing your gooseneck trailer then it is likely that one or more components of the suspension is in need of replacement and/or your axles are out of alignment.
Start off by checking your suspension components making sure that they are all in good working order. I have attached a link to our selection of suspension components as well as a trailer maintenance schedule for you to check out.
To determine if your axles are out of alignment you will need to measure from the end of the spindle on one side of your trailer to the gooseneck coupler and then compare that to the same measurement on the other spindle of the same axle. If these are the same then your axles are aligned but if they don't measure the same then that means they aren't aligned properly and something isn't sitting properly with your suspension.
In that case you would need to go along and measure from the various suspension components to the gooseneck coupler and compare that to the corresponding component on the other side of the trailer. Anything that doesn't measure the same needs to be fixed so that it lines up correctly.
