Question:
Hey I am having a problem with the rear of trailer riding awfully low to pavement, all new springs and equalizer from you guys. Notice today with a car loaded on trailer theres about a 3 inch gap between axle and frame on the front axle, rear axle theres a 1/4inch to 1/2inch gap between axle and frame, unloaded the trailer raise 4inch to 6inch and everything seem to be even.Attaching pictures. Thanks in advances. 18ft tandem 3500lb axles with 3500lb springs.

It sounds like your trailer isn't sitting totally level when hooked up to your tow vehicle. Does the front of the trailer sit higher than the rear? Judging by the angle of the equalizer in the picture you sent me it looks to be nose high.
If so, then you would need to go with a ball mount that has more drop to allow it to sit level when you are towing. Check out the help article I attached on how to pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount to tow trailer level.

I have a double axle utility trailer. Rear axle tires is not touching ground. Front axle is perfect. All tires and rims same size.
