Question:
Thank you very much for your response and help! I do have a couple of observations. First the canoe is 17 feet 6 inches long - not 176 inches. Second I noticed in the specs for the Malone Big Foot Canoe Carrier that the maximum weight listed is 165 lbs. vs. 90 lbs in the video! Which one is it then? Thanks

The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack 58" # MPG216 or the 50 inch # MPG215 are aero style roof racks that will fit your 2019 Subaru Forester. I would lean toward the longer option, but recommend you check the width of your canoe to determine your need. You can alternatively use the steel square bar # MPG201 or # MPG202 for a more economical option but I recommend upgrading for the minor price difference to reduce wind noise and give you the top channel mount for compatible accessories.
For your canoe, I also recommend the Malone BigFoot Pro Canoe Carrier with Tie-Downs - Gunwale Brackets - Side Loading - Clamp On # MPG112MD with the t-slot adapter hardware # MPG915.
