can you mount 2 sets of yakima Jaylow kayak carriers front and back to carry 2 kayaks with a width or 30 inches each. Will the Jaylow be mount on both sides of the rail?

You sure can David! Two of the Yakima JayLow Kayak Roof Rack Carriers item # Y04073 require 58" - 60" of crossbar space for two 30" wide kayaks. The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack item # MAL84AR is 58" long so you'll have just enough room.
You will want to mount the Yakima JayLow item # Y04073 carriers on either sides of the crossbars so your roof rack is evenly balanced.
