According to page 328 of the online version of the owner's manual for your 2019 Buick Enclave you will need to do the following before towing your vehicle with a tow dolly (it states that your Enclave cannot be flat towed):
1. Put the vehicle front wheels on the dolly.
2. Shift the transmission to P (Park).
3. Set the parking brake.
4. If equipped, put the vehicle in AWD. See Driver Mode Control 0 220.
5. Secure the vehicle to the dolly.
6. Follow the dolly manufacturer's instructions for preparing the vehicle and dolly for towing.
7. Release the parking brake.
8. Turn the vehicle off.
9. Open the hood.
10. Wait two minutes.
11. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal connector from the
12-volt battery.
12. Close and latch the hood.
Since your Enclave has a curb weight in the range of 4,359 lbs - 4,685 lbs I recommend using the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045. This has a 4,800 lb weight capacity and comes with hydraulic disc brakes for a smooth towing experience. The ramps on this unit fold up and stow away which makes it perfect for tight storage situations that you may find at some RV parks.
Not only does this dolly come with brake and lighting equipment, but it also uses a steerable axle which lets you take tight corners easier as it tracks directly behind your RV. Lastly, the Kar Kaddy SS has a galvanized finish, is made right here in the UDA, and comes with a 3-year warranty giving you the confidence that you are making the correct decision with this system.
