Can Same Chains be Used on 265/60R18 and 245/60R18 Size Tires

will 265/60R18 work on my 245/60R18s?

It sounds like you are asking if a set of tire chains for a 265/60R18 size tire will also fit a 245/60R18 size tire. Looking through the available chains for each of these tire sizes, it does not look like the same set of chains will be able to fit both tires. The size difference between the two is just enough to require a smaller assembly for your 245/60R18 tires

Just for reference a 245/60R18 tire will be about an inch smaller both in diameter and width than a 265/60R18 size tire.

For a pair of tire chains similar to the Titan Snow Chains you were looking at that will fit your 245/60R18 tires perfectly I recommend the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC2229. These ladder-pattern chains feature rounded twist links that form cross chains for excellent traction in the snow or ice.

I do recommend adding some tensioners like the Titan Chain # TCMA2 that will allow for a tighter fit around the tires.
