For your 2019 Honda CR-V the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 will work perfectly. This is a custom "plug-and-play" harness that features a high amp capacity for the lights and comes with Tekonsha's great reputation for manufacturing durable and reliable electrical products.
To install the harness you simply need to plug it into a factory port located behind the driver's side trim panel (see attached image) and insert the included fuse beneath the driver's-side dash. This will provide you with a 4-Way connector to power your trailer's signal lights.
I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
