Whats the right torque setting for the Curt 13358 Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2008 Sprinter.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13358 installation instructions which I've attached state to torque all M12 fasteners to 79 lb-ft. If you don't have a torque wrench, I recommend the Powerbuilt # ALL944001 and an deep well 18 mm socket for this application.
