You may also be interested in the Louvered Tailgate Insert # VI-4000 or the Louver Insert Kit # 4000-V. These both are made specifically for this tailgate and provide a different appearance as well as additional security when not towing your 5th wheel trailer.

It is only a confirmed fit for the following: 2003 - 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup 2002 - 2002 Dodge Ram Pickup 1500 2009 - 2009 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 and 3500 The similar system compatible with your truck is # VGD-10-4000.
