I have a Maxxfan-smoke4401k that will not turn on,need to replace the circuit board ,unable to find a replacement board for that model ,will a board for a4301 work?

The MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - Manual Lift - 4 Speed - Smoke # MA00A04401K will use the Replacement Printed Circuit Board and Switch for MaxxFan 4301 Series Roof Vents # MA10-04301K-V16. The 4301 and the 4401 use that same circuit board according to my tech contact at Airxcel/Maxxair.
