Can I use bolts for this product or the only option is welding? Thank you!

Yes, the Buyers Products Sliding Winch Track 1/4" x 72" part # 3371903040 can be bolted to the trailer and that is actually the manufacturers preferred method for installation. However, in order to avoid any interference with the track mounted accessories you will want to use a bolt with a tapered head like a button head cap screw.
