The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 that you referenced, which is confirmed to fit your 2018 Subaru Forester, features a 2.1 amp rating for the stop/turn light circuits and a 5.6 amp rating for the tail/running light circuit. It includes a 10 amp mini fuse.
