Yes, I checked with Curt and the hitch part # C13240 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Hyundai Tucson. This hitch is really great as it has a 2 inch opening which means it has plenty of towing capacity and accessories made for it and since it has a concealed cross tube it's far less visible than other hitches.
