Firestone air bags F2703 2015 F250 king ranch shortbed 4 wheel drive Diesel. I have ford factory puck hitch system. Do I need any type of plate or adaptor for the passenger side.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2703 are a confirmed fit for your 2015 F-250 4WD. On the passenger side you will use a thermal sleeve # F2135820899 and heat shield which is no longer a replacement part. Both of these come in the kit, but these are replacements if needed. There are no additional components required not included in the kit.
The King Ranch, short bed, and diesel engine will have no impact on the fit.
