Question:
2014 Nissan Frontier, had a hitch and wiring added after market a couple years back worked fine. Recent use I noticed running lights stopped working. Using a testor get no active brown 2nd pin at the connector. Brake and left/right turns all work fine. What do I check next? Appreciate any direction for fixing it.

Helpful Expert Reply:
The most common cause of no trailer running lights on a 2014 Nissan Frontier is a faulty blue relay, so this would be the first thing I check. This relay is located behind the passenger floorboard kick panel which you can see in the attached photo. If this is missing or faulty, you can get one from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000. If this is not the issue, then please let me know and I would be happy to provide further troubleshooting advice.
