Question:
I already purchased and installed the Draw-Tite 76419 on my 2019 Equinox for our bikes but now I am wanting to tow a small trailer so I need a 4 prong flat harness for the trailer lights. What is the correct one for my Equinox?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame # 76419 is an excellent trailer hitch for your 2019 Chevy Equinox! For wiring there are a few different options depending on what exactly you have but I do recommend going with a Tekonsha T-One wiring harness as we have found that they have the most reliable trailer wiring out there. If they are not available, the Curt is my next choice.
If you have the tow package on your Equinox then you need the Curt # C94FR. If you don't have the tow package then you need the T-One # 118759 for the Premier or the T-One # 118750 if you don't have the Premier. All 3 harnesses have simple plug-in installations but the latter 2 options do require that a line be run to the battery to power the trailer lighting. This actually acts as a safeguard to keep from overdrawing the light circuits on your Equinox.
Even though you do have the hidden crosstube you should be able to use the mounting brackets # C57202 and # 18144 together if you choose to mount the 4-Way flat connector near your trailer hitch receiver.
We do have a wide variety of ball mounts to choose from if you don't already have one. I recommend checking out the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit # 989891 which comes with a 1-7/8" ball, a 2" ball, and a ball mount that has a 3/4" rise/2" drop. You will need to check out the attached ball mount article to ensure that this is correct for your application though.
Attached are some installation videos and written instructions for you to reference as well.
