Looking for suspension enhancement for my 2019 Ram 3500. What do you recommend going with?

For your 2019 Ram 3500, I highly recommend installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5,000 Ultimate Air Springs because unlike the competition it has an internal jounce bumper that will continue to give you suspension support if your airbags were to ever blow or develop a leak in an emergency situation, which always seems to happen at the most inconvenient time (see attached picture). If you have a 2WD you need part # AL88297 but if you have a 4WD you need part # AL88295 instead.

Air Lift also has the Air Lift Load Controller II # AL25592 compressor kit which is a great addition to their air bags. I recommend installing the compressor kit because it allows you to adjust how much pressure is in the air bags without having to hunt down an air compressor plus you can physically see how much pressure is in your air bags from the comfort of your cab.
