Front Mount Hitch Receiver for a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 That Does Not Require Drilling
Published 12/13/2018 >
Question:
I want to install a front receiver on my 2018 Silverado 1500 but I really don't want to modify the frame on my new pickup. Is there an option that doesn't have me drilling the frame?

Yes! The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65064 does not require any drilling in the frame of your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 for the installation.
The instructions do call for you to remove or trim the lower air dam fascia, which is a normal procedure for front mount hitches, but aside from that you won't have to modify anything on your pickup.
Attached are the installation instructions as well as a sample picture of this installed on a 2015 Silverado for you to reference.
