You are correct that there are a couple 2 inch trailer hitches available for your 2018 Subaru Impreza, the EcoHitch # 306-X7350 and the Draw-Tite # 76209. The primary difference between the two models is their visibility behind the vehicle which is why I recommend the EcoHitch # 306-X7350.
The EcoHitch features a unique hidden design where only the 2 inch receiver will actually be visible behind the Impreza. The Draw-Tite model on the other hand is extremely visible and on the Impreza in particular looks like an entirely separate piece. I much prefer the sleek, OEM appearance that the EcoHitch offers.
The EcoHitch model features a 3,500 pound towing capacity, a 350 pound tongue weight limit, and is made right here in the USA (another factor separating it from the Draw-Tite).
I have also included a couple images of the two hitches installed so you can see the difference.
