Question:
Is there a hitch for our 2018 BMW X4? I want to be able to use our swing out bike rack we bought a few years ago.

Curt does offer a hitch for your 2018 BMW X4, their 2-inch Class III model # C13316. This installs using included hardware as outlined in the linked instructions. This USA-made hitch is designed to have a very clean and unobtrusive appearance on the X4.
This is accomplished by it having a concealed cross tube and by it using the X4's bumper mounts as the installation point rather than the frame. Frame-mounted hitches tend to be more visible. But the discrete look of the Curt # C13316 leaves the X4 looking like its normal self, apart from the small exposed section of receiver tube. You can refer to the linked photo to see this item installed.
This hitch has a 350-lb tongue weight rating (TW is downward force on the hitch from whatever is installed in it). This means that the combined weight of your swing-out type bike rack and all of the bikes loaded on it cannot exceed this figure.
