I took a look at the owner's manual for your 2002 Toyota Avalon and this vehicle has a maximum towing capacity of 2,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 200 lbs. So while you could use the Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 36293 you would need to tow your dirt bike on a trailer because your bike's 350 lb weight combined with a bike carrier would be more than double the tongue weight capacity of your Avalon.
Along with a hitch you would also need to add a 4-way connector to power your trailer's lights. To do this you would need to hardwire the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit # C59236.
Additionally you will need a ball mount, the Draw-Tite # 36051; this ball mount does come with a pin and clip so the only other thing you will need is a hitch ball, with its size depending on the size of your trailer's coupler. You will need either 2" Hitch Ball # 19258 or 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256.
I have added a link to a video of the Draw-Tite # 36293 trailer hitch being installed on a 2002 Avalon for you to check out as well.
