Please tell Me if one 60 pound ebike would be ok and what the speed limit rating is for the Surco 2 bike ladder carrier?

Yes, you can indeed load one 60 pound e-bike onto the Surco 2 Bike Ladder Mount Carrier # SP501BR.
I spoke with my contact at Surco and he said as long as you stay under the carrier's overall weight capacity of 75 pounds you are good to go. You will just want to be sure to use the innermost cradles for your e-bike.
This carrier does not have a specific speed rating but is built to work without issue at legal highway speeds.
