This hitch is built for real towing. Rated for 8,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 800 lbs tongue weight, it handles small campers, boats, and utility trailers with ease. I received the products in good time and they appeared to be of a good, rugged, build. However, the assembly does not go as well as you would like to make it seem on the video.
The bolts holding the tow bar were in so tight an ordinary person like myself could not possibly get them out without the proper professional tools. I took the truck to a certified mechanic and we had quite a time with 7 of the bolts, in fact one was rounded and we had to heat it to get it out.
Installing the hitch would have been virtually impossible for a normal person to install from the floor. A lift is definitely needed and when we went to install the bolts 2 of them are directly over the hitch frame and an angled socket was needed, which most persons do not have.
The taillight assembly could only be attached with one bolt as we could not get the socket apart to get access to the bracket hole and it also had to be mounted to the frame well back of the bumper to give the access doors room to open. The only thing that went as smooth as your video was the installation of the relays but I will wait and reserve judgement on how that works when I get my trailer hooked up and if all the lights work.
All in all the system will work for me but it is definitely not as easy as your video makes it appear.
I am sure this review will not be published but it is an honest review from a normal layperson who is not a mechanic and does not own the necessary tools to do the job as easily as depicted.

Trailer hitch was easy to install. Perfect for my Nissan Titan!
Install time took about 2 hours. That’s with all hand tools, minus the factory bolt removal. You will need a 17mm and 19mm socket. Preferably a 1/2 longer handled ratchet and deep well sockets.
My install was a 2019 Nissan Titan. I took off the tow brackets, dropped the spare, and unhooked the rear exhaust bracket (12mm socket). Had a friend help hold. We attached one bolt on either side and then went to town tightening. My Titan has the drop down below bumper step, so I had to reuse 2 of the original bolts. Otherwise I used all the provided bolts and washer.
Easy install. Would definitely recommend not doing this in the 100 degree Florida heat at 4 in the afternoon. No jack or lifted needed. I did use a dewalt impact to loosen all the factory bolts.
Tow package looks clean and factory, though the main bar does seem to sit lower.

The hitch receiver appears to be strong and durable. Installation was easy except for needing to drill out one of the bolt holes and one bolt was not threaded properly so I had to use one of the original bolts that came on the truck. The wiring kit was also easy to install within a couple minutes although the installation video for the light kit I purchased disappeared in between purchase and day of install. As in, when I bought the kit, the video matched my 2017 Titan but when I went back to look on the site, the video was now for a 2010 Titan. But luckily the kit still worked for my needs.
First time customer....Loved the ease of connection of the hitch and the wiring harness; however, the 4 pole mounting bracket, item number 18144 suggested by the website is not the correct bracket for the 5 pole harness. There was no way I would have known that the harness was a 5 pole. After I received the 4 pole bracket I went back to the website and searched for a 5 pole bracket but none were offered. I don't understand why the 4 pole bracket was suggested by the website for a 5 pole harness. Two of the three items met my satisfaction.
Installed on a 2017 Nissan Titan Crew Cab
Heavy duty quality and good surface finish. Shipping was very quick. The hitch is easy to install as the Titan has welded nuts in the frame. May need to loosen the exhaust mounting bracket to fit the right side bracket in place as clearances are tight in this area. The two bolts directly above the cross bar are somewhat difficult to access unless you have a wobble-fitting for your ratchet. Included instruction were clear and mounting hardware is of good quality.
I sell and Install automotive accessories for a living. Trailer hitches is not something I normally deal with. Random request led me to etrailer. Communication was great. Install question answered quickly. Product Install was easy enough. Recommend two people. Will order from again. The hitch looks great installed on truck and customer was very happy.

The trailer hitch/receiver fit my 2018 Nissan Titan just fine. Once I got the factory tow hooks off the installation was simple.
The hitch fits nice under the bumper and so far I am pleased with the product.

After one year of use my hitch continues to work great.
The box was tore open in several places but the hitch was fine with no scratches. The install was easy and quick. I did not know I would need a mounting bracket for the trailer lights connector. So be sure an order one of those. Over all I am please.

It’s been great.
My original order was for a class 3 hitch and wiring harness for my new 2017 Nissan Titan King Cab. I was disappointed there was no class 4 hitch available but you can't get one over the counter at a dealer either - not released by factory they said. The hitch fit perfectly once I managed to wind it around the exhaust pipe (alone on my back). The hardware kit was missing two bolts but etrailer was kind enough to send them to me with no questions asked - thanks guys. The bolts weren't anodized like the ones in the kit but I don't plan on ever taking them off. The 4 pin wiring harness also fit perfectly but no hanger for the plug was provided with the kit so I just tie wrapped it out of site where I can get at it easily. I am very happy with the product will certainly consider doing business again.

The hitch has held up very well and still looks like new after one year. I have had no problems towing our 5,900lb boat at any time. The wiring kit has not failed me at any time and is still working. Thanks for the one year follow up - I never heard of anyone actually doing that - great idea.
Very easy to install. Looks just as good as factory hitch. Would recommend E-Trailer to anyone. Very happy customer.
Perfect! Shipping was faster than I could have expected and it was a perfect fit! The video assistance was great and it took less than 1 hour to install. I was quoted over $900 by a dealer for parts and install so glad a friend recommended and will definitely do business again for any truck needs!

Only reason for 4 stars is I haven't put a trailer on it yet, but as far as i can tell itll be a good setup. EASY install, me and my buddy had it put on my 18 titan in under 45 minutes. Looks great and bolts up fine with my bumper step. Will follow up after I put it to work!

The Receiver arrived on time, was easy to install on my 2017 Nissan Titan. since I installed it myself I used a Garage jack to hold the opposite side up while I Installed bolts on my end, then I installed the bolt and the jack end worked out fine. I'm happy with the product.
This hitch was a easy install and looks great on my 2019 Nissan Titan, Just removed tow hooks on rear and put new hitch in place and started bolts that were supplied and tightened all down and torqued to spec. I did install by my self. Very happy with product and look on my truck.

The hitch was a perfect fit and easy to install. etrailer is great !! I called into customer service to request a shipment change and they were very friendly and accommodating. 5 Stars for them. I was able to install the 7 way adapter right next to my plate that already had a cut out built In. . Just had to carefully cut out the slot but when the installation was completed, it looked incredibly clean.
This hitch receiver is well made. Heavy duty steel, quality welds. Fit perfectly on my 2017 Titan. Get an extra pair of hands for the install. It’s got some good weight to it.

A year later and still performing flawlessly. Use it to tow and as a receiver for my bike rack. Not a single complaint. Would buy again and I did for my brothers truck with concern
Bolted right up was a little tricky cutting out the plastic for power bank but everything looks good turned out great.
Good quality hitch and straightforward installation. Excellent customer service and quick shipping.
Perfect fit for a 2019 Titan. Be sure to use the the bolts that come with the hitch.
