In order to determine which is the correct front mounted trailer hitch for your motorhome (if available), I would need to know either the year, make, model, and floor plan of your motorhome or the year, make, and model of the chassis your motorhome is on.

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65022 is for a motorhome on a 1999 - 2007 Ford F-350, 450, and 550 cab and chassis which is not very common. If you instead have a Ford E-450 chassis from 2003-2007 then you will want to use the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65001.
