2018 Ford E-450 cutaway. I would like to find a definitive answer on whether or not this hitch is a direct bolt on.

I can tell you definitively that the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65053 is a direct bolt-on installation for a 2018 Ford E-450.
This hitch is not welded on, and no holes will need to be drilled in your frame; you will only need to enlarge one of the holes and trim the front fascia.
