How to Install Draw-Tite Front Hitch # 65001 on 2007 Ford E-450 Motorhome

Preparing to install the 65001 Front mount hitch receiver on my 2007 Ford E-450 Motorhome cutaway. Looked on youtube and cant find an instructional video for that model. Could I maybe get someone that has done this before to hold my hand through the process? I am fairly handy and know my way around a tool box. Just a little unsure of how to use the pull wire. The instructions included a pretty vague. Any and all advice, tips or bst yet VIDEO would be great!

We do not have a video showing the installation of Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 65001, however I have something just as good. Take a look at the attached video which shows the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 33055 being installed on a 2007 Ford Van. The hitch is similar so the installation procedure will be very similar as well.
