For your 2018 Honda CR-V I recommend the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch # C13397 because it provides the most hidden design when installed on the vehicle. When the hitch is mounted only the receiver portion will be visible beneath the bumper and its crosstube won't be exposed like it is on the Draw-Tite alternative. For clarification I have attached an image that compares the Curt hitch appearance to the Draw-Tite model that is also designed for your CR-V. Another plus on the Curt hitch is that it is made right here in the USA.

Please note that the hitch will likely interfere with the Hands-Free Liftgate feature if your vehicle is equipped with it. To resolve this you can simply obtain a sensor relocation kit from Honda directly. This is the case for any of the hitches that are designed for your vehicle.
