Thank you Jason, I just ordered the tow hitch. Still deciding to get the other items with my husband. I mainly want to get the roof top box for some camp gear or snow gear for the upcoming season. i don't think we will go more than the max weight for the van or our kia sorento. I had ordeed roof racks, tow hitch and thule bike rack a few months ago and I am very pleased with your services!!

The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41906 is a fit for your 1999 Ford E-150 Superwagon. It is a fit for 1995-2003 Superwagon models and will install easily with the included hardware.

For the roof rack compatible with a Thule Cargo Basket or Cargo Box, I recommend the Inno Square Crossbars - Steel - Black - 65" Long - Qty 2 # INB165 and Inno Feet for Square Crossbars - Rain Gutters - 7-1/2" Tall - Qty 4 # INSD.

To add a ladder, I recommend the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder - 84-1/2" Long # SP502L which can be trimmed to length. You will want to check the load capacity of your roof and also the capacity of the roof rack so you don't overload it.

I was comparing the thule racks that you recommended to the Yakima Y00101. I really liked the features of the yakima better. I am looking at getting the thule roof top cargo box TH626. Is the Yakima roof racks and the thule Aeroblade roof racks mentioned below compatible to the roof box I want to buy? The Yakima roof rack consisting of the Round 66" CrossBars # Y00410 and the 1A Raingutter Towers # Y00101 will work well on your van. You may also want the Yakima Same Key System locks # Y07204 which will secure this rack to your roof. This rack will work well with the Thule Force XXL Rooftop Cargo Box - 21 cu ft - AeroSkin Black # TH626 you will simply need to space your crossbars between 23-5/8 inches and 37-1/2 inches on center for the correct fit. I've attached a photo to assist. The Thule Aeroblade system you referenced will also fit the roof box, but that system is a fit for a Kia Sorento and not your Ford Van.

I'm happy to help. The Thule Roof rack # TH7602-TH7602 and Fit Kit # THKIT4056 are great for a Kia Sorento between model years 2016 and 2019. The Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft - Black AeroSkin # TH6359B replaced the th626 and you will simply want to mount the bars in a location to ensure the rear hatch clearance. The roof box weighs 52 lbs, so you will need to account for that in the total load on your roof rack. Let me know if you have further questions.
