Yes, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA is correct for your Lippert 3,500 lb trailer axle. I called the manufacturer to confirm this. If you also need to replace the hub/drum then you will want to use the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-K
