We have a 2017 Cedar Creek Champagne 38EL 5th wheel. Our ceiling exhaust fan needs a new motor replacement. It is an automatic with thermostat controlled rain sensored. Can you help me find the correct replacement motor. ? Thank you

Although trailer manufacturers do not keep any type of database of every part used in every year, make and model of trailer from your description it does sound like you have the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # FV803350, which has a thermostat and rain sensor.

If this is indeed your vent the correct part is the Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fans # FVK8017-00, which comes with the bow-tie bracket, motor, and blade for your vent.
