Question:
What's the difference between the 2 inch hitches that fit the 18 Sienna

There are a number of Class III trailer hitches designed to fit the 2018 Toyota Sienna. In my opinion you can break them up into two groups that distinguish the biggest difference: those with a visible cross tube and those with a concealed cross tube.
I prefer the crosstube to be hidden behind the rear bumper, like with the Draw-Tite # 76112, Curt # C13343, and EcoHitch # 306-X7255. This is shown in the picture of the gold Sienna. To me this is a very clean look and appears more like it came from the factory this way. This installation is more elaborate but the final product is much better.
Those with a visible crosstube look ilke the picture of the silver Sienna I've attached. The entire tube with the receiver opening on it is seen under the van's bumper. This is usually less expensive and easier to install but most people, myself included, don't like the look as much.
Of the hitches that have the hidden crosstube I recommend the Draw-Tite, part # 76112. There's not much difference between all of them as far as how they install and they're weight specifications. We've had great success with Draw-Tite, as shown by all of the reviews and its 5-Star rating.
