I do have a trailer hitch for your 2018 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD with a hidden cross tube, the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7255 but EcoHitch does not offer a trailer hitch with hidden receiver tube, the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver for your Sienna.

I have attached for a photo of the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver installed as well as an install video. As you can see, the trailer hitch is very inconspicuous and more so than any other option for your Sienna so if an OEM like appearance is what you are after, the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7255 is the one you will want to choose.
