The biggest difference between the etrailer.com Class III hitch part # e98853 and the Curt Class III hitch part # C13343 on the 2020 Toyota Sienna is the powder coat finish. I recommend the etrailer.com because it has a matte finish which hides scratches better than the shiny gloss powder coat of the Curt.
They are both concealed cross tube designs to the only part of the hitch that is visible once installed is the receiver square and install the same on the 2020 Toyota Sienna. I have attached the installation video for your reference.
I recommend to take a look at the Kuat NV 2.0 Base 2-Bike Platform Rack in gunmetal gray part # NV22G which allows you to carry the bikes by their wheels instead of the frame to avoid damage. The bike rack itself is made of a nice lightweight aluminum to avoid corrosion and gives it a nice sleek look. It tilts away from rear cargo access when you need a cold drink from the cooler. It also folds up for easy storage against the vehicle when not in use. I have attached a video on a Toyota Sienna for you to take a look at.
