If you are just needing a 4-Way flat connector for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee then the part you are looking for is the Tekonsha T-One # 118727. This plugs in behind your tail lights and then draws power for the trailer lights directly from your battery via the 12V power wire.

For additional functions which are found on a 7-Way you will then need the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This comes with an adapter that gives you a 4-Way and a 7-Way connector as well as all of the wiring and equipment that you need for a fully functional 7-Way. I have attached a review video and some helpful articles to assist you in the installation.

Once the ETBC7 kit is installed you can then add a brake controller like the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR. I have added a review video of this controller for you to check out.
