Ok, my ez boat trailer frame is 1,1/2 wide by 4inch inches tall will they fit?

Yes, the CE Smith Roller-Style Guide-Ons part # CE27610 will fit your EZ Loader boat trailer. The brackets work with trailer frames up to 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall so your 1-1/2" wide x 4" tall frame will not be an issue. I have attached a sample install video for you as well.

I noticed most pictures show the horizontal part mounted under frame and on this picture it is shown over the frame. So, does that mean it can be mounted either way and that would give you the option of the frame measurement to lower or raise?
