The head of the Hijacker hitches by Demco like part # DM8550037 are pretty easy to remove. When the Demco rep came here to show us these hitches we went out and watched him install and remove the head of a Hijacker to allow the hitch to easily get removed from the rails. The head weighs right at 65 lbs which will make removing the setup much more manageable.
