To install a PullRite SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch like item # PUL63RR to the factory puck system of a 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500, you will need the Adapter Rails item # C88KR. This adapter will drop right down into the factory pucks and provide a base similar to above bed 5th wheel rails.
Please note that using an adapter will add 3-1/2" to the height of your Pull-Rite Super Glide Hitch.
