Hi there. I see you sell the plates to convert a Demco Premier slider from rails to pick system for a Ford. Do you have them for a Chevy or is it universal? We are going from the rail system on a F250 to a Chevy puck

To replace the legs on your Demco Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch you will want the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # DM49GV. This fits the puck pattern on 2020 - 2023 GM Trucks. These legs work with item # DM79GV and # DM29GV Demco Hitches.
If you do not have one of these models you will need to use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter item # DM6333.
There are two different patterns for the Chevy puck system depending on what year your truck is. If you have a 2016 - 2019 Chevy you will need to use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC item # DM6194 because they do not make replacement legs that fit this pattern.
