THE GUY I MIGHT BUY THIS OLD BOAT FROM SAYS THE TIRE SAYS 155ST12. WHAT WOULD BE A CLOSE REPLACEMENT WITH A 4 LUG RIM?

We do offer both bias ply and radial ST-type trailer tires in a 12-inch wheel size although a ST155R12 is not among them. In a radial type we have size ST145/80-12 tires which are only 10mm narrower than your current tires and would work fine on 4-inch wide rims. For that we have the part # AM35351DX which is on a 4 lug wheel too.
