The Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98855 will be super easy to install on your 2018 Honda Odyssey even for a beginner. It is rated at a 3/10 in regards to installation difficulty which will take around 30-60 minutes give or take. There is no drilling or trimming required, you just need to loosen the underbody panel, lower the exhaust, install the hitch, raise the exhaust back up, and reinstall the underbody panel. You will have no problems doing this with a set of jacks and jack stands. A lift is not needed.
It will be the exact same process as the video I have attached for you. I do recommend going to the auto parts store and renting a torque wrench if you do not have one though. There really isn't much to mess up so I say give it a try.
