I need to know which size bolts are necessary to connect the leg to the trailer?

The mounting holes of the Stabilizer Jack # TJ01RT are 7/16" in diameter so any bolt 1/32" smaller than that will fit the hole. The length is going to depend on your setup. The bolt thickness can be a bit smaller as long as the head of the bolt covers the 7/16" hole in the mounting plate.
For example, you could use the Self-Tapping Screw # FA1131822 if you were just drilling directly into the frame.
