8 length 4 inches high by 2 3/4 where the holes are. This is the size I need for a small cargo trailor. Thanks

I believe I have just the right license plate bracket for you. Take a look at the Trailer License Plate Mount Bracket, # LP15SB. It is just a little over 8 inches long at 8-7/16 inches. It is 4 inches tall.
The center to center distance between the center slotted holes is 2-1/4 inches but can be 2-3/4 inches apart at the outside edges. The top most set of holes are 2 inches apart on center.
I have included a picture showing the dimensions for you.
