We have several tire chain options that will work with the 245/60-18 tires on your 2016 Honda Pilot. For the cable type we have # PW1046. These are best for infrequent use or if you have to have something in the vehicle to be in compliance with the laws in some areas.
For regular chains we have the Pewag Servo RS set # PWRS80. This is a self-tensioning style of chain which makes installing and using the chains easier than standard chains that you would have to manually adjust. This style of chain will offer superior traction compared to cable style chains. I have linked a video of these chains.
And in the I-didn't-know-that-was-a-thing category we have Snow Socks # TCH72. These are not chains at all but fall into the category of "traction device" since they are so different. These are actually fabric that fit around the tires. They do a pretty good job though despite being a departure from traditional chains or cables. And I have linked a video of these . . . socks for you!
