Is this set the best set for the dually in my application? Can I get away with only using chains on the outside rear tires? Thanks.

Yes, the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/Cams for Dual Tires # TC4221CAM are confirmed to fit your dual rear tires on your 2002 Ford F-350 Super Duty with tire sizes of 235/85-16. I went ahead and attached what the fitment will look like on a dually vehicle. You can use tire chains with just the outside dually tire, but you will not get as much traction as with the dual chains. Also, you would have to ensure that the link thickness on the chain would fit between the gap of the tires.
